✔ Pre-dispersing process: Adopting a advanced pre-dispersion process to open up the original color pigment, it can enhance the coloring power of the masterbatch by 10% and reduce the additive ratio of the master batch.
✔ Temperature resistance 290℃: verified by 240 hours of continuous production
✔ No migration: the addition of yellow masterbatch will not have adverse effects on printing, heat sealing

→ Cost reduction: high dispersibility reduces raw material loss by 5% (measured by a film factory)
→ Efficiency: batch color difference ΔE<1.0, reduce rework rate
→ High weathering: tested by customers, the product is used outdoors for 3-5 years without obvious color fading.
Verifiable Commitment of The Master Batch Yellow
► Each batch of products with a test report (with color difference/moisture / MFI)
►0 color difference complaints for 3 consecutive years
►Sample of each batch of product retained for 3 years
►The electronic file of the process formula is kept indefinitely

Yellow dyes/pigments (especially organic pigments) are easy to molecular chain breakage under strong outdoor sunlight, causing them to lose their original color or discolor.
In addition, according to our experience, yellow pigments are easy to degradation or oxidation under high-temperature processing conditions, causing the color to darken or fade.
Yellow is very bright, and color is difficult to control. There are two main reasons: 1. Large batch difference between masterbatches from the supplier, resulting in big difficulty internal controls; 2. Incomplete cleaning of the machine during production, leading to removal other pigments from the barrel.
a. The masterbatch is poorly dispersed, causing the color powder to agglomerate;
b. The masterbatch is incompatible with the base resin, resulting in uneven material.
Some yellow pigments may lack color bright or purity, or chose a lower-cost pigment with poorer color properties, which can also result in a lack of brightness.
Each masterbatch supplier's formulation system is different, and some special yellow colors may not appear bright enough when using common formulations.
