1. Analysis of the standard structure of masterbatch TDS:
Melt index: The melt index is the flow ability of the masterbatch. If the melt index is higher and the flow is faster, too high MFI may not be a good thing for the dispersion, and vice versa.
Density: Usually, the density of masterbatch is not much higher than that of carrier resin, but if the density of the same masterbatch is much higher, it may be that fillers are added to the masterbatch to reduce costs.
Moisture: The moisture content of masterbatch can not be too high. Too high will cause many problems in the finally products, such as bubbles and increased energy consumption.
High-concentration black masterbatch: carbon black content ≥45% high-dispersion general-purpose black masterbatch.
High-concentration white masterbatch: content ≥70% high-dispersion, FDA spinning grade white master batch.

TDS is the abbreviation of test data sheet, which mainly displays some basic data of masterbatch for customer reference.
Some data can be directly compared, but some data cannot.
For example, density, this test method is relatively fixed, and the results measured by different manufacturers are not much different, but the melting index is different. Different brands MFI machine may have different test data, and some gaps are close to 40%.
This indirectly shows that suppliers do not have the ability to test many datas, which poses a huge risk to the quality stability of subsequent masterbatches.
