Quality Control System for Masterbatches and Functional Masterbatches
STANDARD quality management system strictly follows ISO9001 standards to ensure full process control from raw materials to the finished products.
Raw Material Control
We implement an incoming material inspection system for all raw materials, and set up different inspection items according to material characteristics:
Pigments: Suppliers are required to provide COA (certification of assurance), and key indicators such as temperature resistance, color fastness, dispersibility, and color difference between batches are tested.They can only be put into storage after all are qualified;
Other raw materials: Physical and chemical properties, purity and stability are tested according to their uses to prevent unqualified products from entering the production line.
Production Process Control
99% of STANDARD masterbatches are customized products, and the inspection plan is dynamically adjusted according to the customer's application. The core process includes:
Four-stage quality inspection:
First inspection at startup → Production sampling inspection → Complete inspection → Final inspection before shipment
Each link takes 100% shipment qualification rate as a hard target to ensure zero quality defects.
Testing Equipment and Technical Support
We are equipped with industry-leading testing equipment to provide accurate data support for quality control:
Color management: Konica Minolta high-precision colorimeter imported from Japan (suitable for scenes with strict color difference requirements);
Physical and chemical analysis: Fourier transform infrared spectrometer (FTIR), melt index meter, moisture meter, density meter, haze meter, antistatic tester, etc.;

Application simulation: film blowing machine, non-woven fabric testing machine, fiber/grass drawing testing machine, injection molding testing machine, etc., accurately reproduce the customer's production environment.
