Industry-university-research cooperation with Soochow University
In January 2023, Suzhou STANDARD Polymer Co., Ltd. went to Soochow University for in-depth cooperation and exchanges. The purpose of this trip is to implement new material development projects by expanding and deepening school-enterprise cooperation.
Accompanied by a team of experts from Soochow University, STANDARD visited the Soochow University laboratory and learned in detail about the application of various experimental equipment in different fields. After the visit, STANDARD expressed the hope to cooperate with Soochow University in talent and scientific research platforms to jointly promote the development of new polymer materials.
STANDARD has multiple twin-screw granulation production lines that can simulate a variety of downstream applications and is equipped with advanced testing machines such as: non-woven fabric testing machines, film blowing machines, wire drawing machines, tablet presses, injection molding machines, internal mixers, etc. Based on STANDARD's existing experience, the progress of Soochow University's new material projects can be accelerated.
In January 2024, STANDARD and Soochow University reached a preliminary cooperation intention to deepen cooperation.
