White masterbatch is mainly made of high-concentration titanium dioxide and carrier resin.
Cause its high content of titanium dioxide, high thermal stability, opacity, high-grade color and excellent printing performance. White color masterbatch is widely used in various packaging products, consumer goods and medical supplies
The amount of masterbatch white titanium dioxide masterbatchmarket is second only to black masterbatch.
STANDARD 's TiO2 masterbatch can improve the problem of nitride gas fading yellowing 90%.
It can be outdoors for 5 to 10 years. Weather resistance and white can be made into a masterbatch to reduce the price of the false grass.
STANDARD 's white masterbatch can be selected from multiple formulas, and can meet various requirements such as Rohs, Reach/SVHC, FDA, food packaging, medical packaging, etc.
Widely used in single-layer and multi-layer cast films and blown films.

There are many types of titanium dioxide masterbatch formulas, which can support customization, can be processed in different resins like: polyethylene, polypropylene, polyethylene terephthalate, nylon.
The white master batch content of STANDARD 's PP non-woven fabric can reach to 70%, and is produced by underwater granulation production line.
Our PP white masterbatch is fully compatible with Reifenhäuser lines and has consistently delivered excellent performance. Over the past 16 years, we have not received a single product complaint and have earned long-term recognition from well-known customers such as Berry, Fibervision and Avgol.
Our key advantages include:
►Best pack life
►Reduced production costs
►Improved fiber whitness
►Higher fiber quality
►Highest fiber yield

At STANDARD, we have both general TiO2 masterbatch and customized white master batch solution, as well as support for whiteness and carrier customization. Processable resins include PE/PP/TPU/TPE/ABS/AS/PC/PET/PA/PLA/PBAT/PS, etc. The application fields include injection molding, blown film, cast film, coating film, Fibers/Nonwovens Industry etc., and can be selected at different prices to accurately match the needs of different markets.
→First of all, the titanium dioxide we use are domestic big brand, which can not only ensure product stability but also ensure the stability of the raw material supply;
We check the quality of each batch of raw materials, including whiteness, dispersion, moisture and other parameters, and will only used the qualified raw materials.
The equipment suppliers we cooperate with will not replace, ensuring the quality of our filters , screem, and the quality of spare parts;
→We use underwater granulation as a fully enclosed system to prevent impurities or foreign matters from entering the product. After the product is produced, it will be packaged directly, and there will be no links that may be contaminated;
→Also, we will set the process parameters of the product and strictly follow the process parameters, including the feeding speed, the temperature of each zone of the extruder, the temperature of the circulating water, the extrusion speed, etc.;
→After each box of products is produced, we will check the qulity, including titanium dioxide concentration (ash), melting index, whiteness, dispersion, particle size and other parameters, so that all products will be put into the warehouse and shipped only after they are qualified.
When choosing white masterbatch, the TiO₂ (titanium dioxide) content is a key quality data. Generally, a higher content resulting a higher hiding power, but also increases processing challenges. High-end white masterbatches usually have a TiO₂content of 60%-70%.
The content should be matched to the downstream resin (e.g., PE/PP film, injection molding parts, artifical turf fibers) and the required cover power, whiteness, and film thickness.
For example, the thinner the film is, the higher hiding power required, while building materials may need to balance the cost and performance.
By clearly application, like: basic resin type, target whiteness, and comparing competitor’s sample, the most suitable white masterbatch recipe can be confirmed.
For white masterbatches used in blown films, protective films, and electronic-grade films, "wax precipitation" is a major concern for users because it can affect the performance of downstream products (such as electronic components). To reduce wax precipitation, the following points should be considered:
Select a carrier resin that is well-matched with basic resin (e.g., PE/PP) and ensure a reasonable amount of migrating components in the masterbatch.
Ensure stable and uniform dispersion during the masterbatch mixing and granulation process, avoiding the aggregation of dispersants and other additives. Dispersion and thermal stability are particularly important when producing high-content white masterbatches.
White masterbatches have a wide range of applications, but the key lies in the compatibility between the carrier resin and the basic resin, and also have something to do with the processing conditions.
When choosing white master batch, you should check whether the masterbatch test data sheet indicates "suitable for PE/PP blown film/injection molding/sheet molding," etc. For special resins (such as PET, PS, ABS, or PA artifical grass), it is recommended to select a special carrier resin masterbatch or confirm compatibility with the masterbatch manufacturer.
If you are looking for a high cost performance white masterbatch, STANDARD can provide you the professional pre-sale, in-sale and after-sale services.
