Sheet masterbatches are mainly used to color plastic sheets or provide special properties (such as UV resistance and enhanced toughness). Our formulated products are optimized for sheet forming characteristics, resulting in sheet masterbatches that can be evenly distributed throughout the sheet substrate at low addition rates, effectively delivering their desired properties.

Color Masterbatch
Anti-static Masterbatch
Barrier Masterbatch
Reinforcing Masterbatch
Flame Retardant Masterbatch

A catalog of functional masterbatches is available by inquiring.
We also offer functional composite masterbatches: combining pigment, UV resistance, and antistatic properties in a single masterbatch.

Standard Polymer's Sheet Masterbatch withstands the high temperatures of sheet extrusion without decomposition or discoloration, while maintaining excellent dispersibility. This helps address localized color variations or uneven functional properties in thicker sheets. It also maintains light transmittance, significantly minimizing fogging and speckling, and reduces the likelihood of bubbles, black specks, or streaks when mixed with sheet raw materials.
| Area | Examples |
| Packaging industry | food containers, pharmaceutical display boxes |
| Construction industry | greenhouse plastic boards, exterior wall decorative boards |
| Home appliance industry | home storage boxes, home appliance shell boards (such as refrigerator liner boards) |
| Advertising industry | billboards, display boards |

The following key information should be provided to ensure quick selection of the appropriate masterbatch:
1) Sheet substrate type, such as PP, PET, PVC, PC, PS, etc.
2) Sheet Thickness
Thin sheets (<1 mm): Requires a masterbatch with good dispersibility and a low addition level.
Medium-thick sheets (1–5 mm): Use a masterbatch with a medium functional concentration.
Thick sheets (>5 mm): Requires a masterbatch with heat resistance and good flowability to ensure uniform extrusion.
3) Transparency Requirements
Transparent or Translucent/Opaque/Colored
4) Functional Requirements
Specify the intended use of the sheet and required functions, such as:
Antistatic
Flame Retardant
UV Resistant
Impact Reinforced
5) Processing Conditions
Provide the temperature range for sheet extrusion or calendering, as well as the processing speed.
