VCI master batch (Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor Masterbatch) is a masterbatch added to plastic to achieve anti-rust function. The product contains a high-efficiency gas phase corrosion inhibitor (anti-rust additive), which can slowly release anti-rust gas molecules at room temperature and pressure, forming a protective film on the metal surface, effectively isolating moisture, oxygen and other corrosive substances, thereby achieving the purpose of rust prevention.
Under normal temperature, the higher the temperature, the faster the anti-rust plastic film takes effect.

STANDARD VCI anti-rust masterbatch is widely used in the manufacture of anti-rust packaging materials in the following industries:
