STANDARD's red masterbatch is a composite of high-performance inorganic or organic pigments/functional masterbatches and various polymer resins (such as PE, PP, TPU, PET, PA, ABS, EVA, etc.).
Unlike ordinary masterbatches on the market, STANDARD's core red masterbatch formulation is derived from a mature formulation database spanning over 50 years.
This historical accumulation ensures color stability, processing consistency, and extremely low color matching errors for every batch of product, saving customers production adjustment time and costs.
At STANDARD, we provide 100+ customized red masterbatches, containing deep red, bright red, light red, pink, orange and other red colors, supporting multiple resin carriers such as PE/PP/TPU/TPE/ABS/AS/PC/PET/PA/PLA/PBAT/PS, etc., accurately matching the needs of different applications.
STANDARD specializes in customized red masterbatches. We offer industry-leading red masterbatch solutions:
Covering over 500 mature formulations, including deep red, bright red, rose red, wine red, vermilion, and ruby red, allowing for rapid adjustment of color and saturation to meet customer needs.
Compatible with various resin systems, including PE, PP, TPU, TPE, ABS, AS, PC, PET, PA, PLA, PBAT, and PS.
Equipped with a Japanese KONICA spectrophotometer, ΔE can be controlled within 0.7, allowing for even more precise control for demanding applications.
In addition to coloring, the following masterbatches can be added: UV Resistant Masterbatch, Flame Retardant Masterbatch, Antistatic Masterbatch, Antioxidant Masterbatch, etc., achieving multifunctionality with a single masterbatch.
Our red masterbatch exhibits excellent material compatibility and can be widely used in injection molding, blown film, extrusion, and fiber drawing processes.
Red can be used widely in many plastic industries:
PP cast film, PE cast film, BOPP film, PE blown film, PP blown film, TPU blown film, TPU cast film.
PP non-woven, artificial turf (synthetic grass), PET filament, PA filament, PP filament, PET staple fiber, PA staple fiber, PP staple fiber.
Cables, wires, pipes, sheets, etc.
Medicine bottles, skin care product bottles, etc.
Vehicle parts, sealing ring, daily necessities, etc.

STANDARD not only provides high-quality masterbatches, but also prioritizes customer service experience.
We have established partnerships with over 300 clients worldwide, including renowned companies in the medical nonwovens and functional films sectors.
Our raw material sourcing comes from globally recognized brands, with long-term collaborations with global suppliers such as BASF and Clariant. Our red masterbatch formula is derived from a US formula database spanning over 50 years, resulting in masterbatches with pure color and strong batch stability. This has enabled us to maintain business relationships with domestic and international clients for over a decade, with very few customer complaints due to color differences.
STANDARD red masterbatches maintain color stability and minimize precipitation during injection molding, extrusion, blow molding, and calendering processes.
STANDARD employs a high-concentration pigment formulation system, requiring only small amounts to achieve ideal coloring results, reducing material costs and minimizing pigment dispersion issues.
Regardless of order size, we provide the following services with equal importance:
We believe that customer trust is the core driving force for STANDARD's long-term development.
A: For samples, we can ship out about 3 work days. For mass production, we can ship out 5-7 work days.
A: The core reason lies in the cost of the pigment itself and the formulation. Cheaper masterbatches may use pigments with poor heat resistance and migration resistance; while expensive masterbatches use high-performance pigments and high-quality additive masterbatches. They may both initially appear red, but their long-term performance and appearance are completely different.
A: Yes, outdoor products must use masterbatch with high weather resistance and UV resistance.
A: It may or may not be. This is usually referred to as a dispersion problem. There are three possible reasons:
In this case, we suggest you first check the process parameters. If the problem persists, then we can jointly investigate the dispersion quality of the masterbatch.
A: Masterbatches used for food contact applications must use raw materials that comply with food-grade safety regulations. This cannot be replaced with ordinary masterbatches. We support providing a statement. Based on feedback from our past clients, our food-grade masterbatches are safe and can be used confidently in food-contact plastic products.
A: Yes! We support customized color and effects.
